I will back in Canada soon, and will be available for 2012 weddings starting this spring and summer. (I am specializing in half day weddings this year! More on this later...)

Fiesta Nacional, Nerja, Spain

I was lucky enough to be in Nerja on October 12th this year. I didn't know it until I went out that day, but it was the holiday Fiesta National. It seems that most women (some men) and nearly all the young girls dress up in fancy clothes, mostly flamenco style dresses. These two little girls were having a great time showing each other their dance moves on the stairs of the church.

Very grateful to have found a home for Lucky and Charms. It was hard to give them up, but since my baby had allergies it had to be done. They are in good hands now and I'm sure they'll be very happy. :)

Anyone looking for a cat?

I sadly have to give up my two cats for adoption. If anyone knows of a good home, please give me a call. They are great cats!

Finally had the chance to post some personal photos of Costa Rica, taken in January. These are all taken on the west coast... very beautiful indeed. Would love to go again!

Babies and wedding photography...

Recently, we've had a new addition to our family! The little one is keeping me busy enough, so I'm taking on a lighter load this year (which is already full, sorry).

Starting in July, I will begin booking 2012 dates.

You can buy prints on giclée watercolor paper, large canvas and even metal prints... to name a few options.

Metal Prints represent a new art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, your images will take on an almost magical luminescence. You've never seen a more brilliant and impressive print!

Mayan Photography has been busy working on a new product to be unveiled very soon. (Plus, I've spent the last 2 and a half months RV'ing back to BC from the California-Mexican border - working on a fine art project. I will be posting some photos here in a few weeks.)

2010 - 2011 Availability Update

Mayan Photography has a few openings for late April 2010 and May 2010 weddings. Starting in June (2010) we will begin booking 2011 dates.

New Year's Eve Wedding!

Congratulations Angela and Ryan! What a great way to ring in the New Year! I hadn't shot at the Orpheum Theatre before, but I must say it was absolutely gorgeous. Very fitting for such a happy couple!

Mexico 2009

As some of you may know, I am spending the slow season in Mexico, with a few short trips back to Vancouver for some important weddings! Mayan Photography is in full operation from here. A Rainy Day at the Lake
